All order site wide have free shipping to ANYWHERE in the world!
All orders will have to go through initial processing before shipment and time can range anywhere from 1-7 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday and does not include Saturday or Sunday. Time for processing depends on the product that you have ordered and the availability for the nearest location to you that has the product. Time could also be longer if it is a custom made product, such as graphic tees, monogram, and print.
All orders are shipped from one of our several warehouses all over the world. To allow us to get your products to you the fastest we will ship from the warehouse that is located the closest to your receiving address that has the product that you ordered. We also may run into an instance where your products may have to be broken up into several different shipments. Shipments can take anywhere from 5-20 days depending on where the item is being shipped from and to where it is going.
Once the items have cleared processing a shipping label will be created. Once the label is created an e-mail will be sent to you for your convenience and to track your package(s) that will be on their way to your home!
Weekends & Holiday
Please remember that due to holidays & Weekends, packages may have a delayed arrival and is not of any fault of our company.
In the event that a package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. An investigation will not be allowed to be requested for up to 7 days after an item is shipped. Once we make the request it could take an additional 2 weeks for the investigation to come to a close. In the event that the shipping carrier is not able to locate your package, we will ship you another at no additional charge if the item is still available. If the item is not available we will refund the amount that was charged for the item(s).
However, if the item shows that it was delivered, we will not be liable for lost packages and cannot issue a refund. You will have to contact the shipping carrier to open a missing package claim. Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery. This will ensure that the package(s) were delivered without any problems.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND TAX
Please note that duties, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. Modist Threads is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If fees are charged to Modist Threads we have the right to charge the original payment method that was used during purchase to recover the fees.
